About the Work
-
A trauma-informed practice combining EFT tapping, angelic healing, and ceremonial cacao. I work 1:1 and in small groups from The Healing Room in Shrule, Co. Mayo, and online.
-
A technique that combines gentle tapping on specific points on the body with spoken phrases, helping the body process and move whatever it's been holding onto. It has a growing body of clinical research behind it too, including randomised trials and brain imaging studies, led by researchers such as Professor Peta Stapleton at Bond University.
-
A gentle, hands-on healing where I work as a channel, drawing on whatever the moment needs from angels, spirits and guides, sometimes including oracle cards or crystals.
I am trained in Rahanni Celestial Healing, but I could already see, hear and communicate with angels, guides and spirits before I ever trained. So what comes through has proper grounding and structure behind it, though it goes beyond any single modality.
Your only job is to receive. -
The whole Criollo cacao bean, fermented, roasted and ground in Guatemala, nothing added or taken out. It brings a steady, calm energy rather than a caffeine spike. It softens tension and supports emotional clarity and connection. It's why it pairs so well with journaling, meditation, or simply sitting still for a few minutes, in a session with me, or in a quiet moment of your own at home.

No. Nothing here requires any particular belief system. Come exactly as you are, whatever that looks like for you.
-
No. This is complementary, spiritual and wellbeing-based work, not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and it isn't a substitute for professional healthcare. If you have physical or mental health concerns, please speak with your GP or another qualified healthcare provider.
-
No experience is necessary for any session. Everything is explained as we go.
Booking and Attending
-
By card, PayPal, or Klarna. Blocks of 3 or 7 sessions can also be split into a payment plan, an upfront deposit followed by instalments, so you're never attending a session that hasn't already been paid for.
-
In general, more than 48 hours' notice means a refund or a reschedule, within 48 hours it's non-refundable but can usually still be rescheduled once, and within 12 hours or a no-show, it's non-refundable and non-transferable. If you can't attend a group session, you're welcome to transfer your place to someone else, just let me know their name and contact details at least 12 hours beforehand. Full details are in my Terms & Conditions.
-
For group sessions, please let me know if you're running behind. Up to 5 minutes, we can usually still start together. After that, your place is forfeited for that session, once we begin settling the nervous system, an interruption disrupts the process for the whole group.
For 1:1 sessions, there's no cut-off, but your session will still finish at the scheduled time, so arriving late means a shorter session rather than a missed one.
-
At the front of the house. You'll be sent exact directions 24 hours before your session.

Clients under 18 need written consent from a parent or guardian, and clients under 16 must be accompanied throughout.
Safety
-
For most people, yes. Certain conditions and medications need a lower amount or a little more care, this is covered as part of booking, and I'm always happy to talk it through beforehand.
