1. Nature of Services

Clíona Brady Healing provides complementary holistic services including cacao ceremonies, EFT tapping, Rahanni healing, intuitive angelic healing, retreats, workshops and 1:1 sessions.

These services are spiritual and well-being-based. They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment and are not a substitute for professional healthcare.

Clients are responsible for consulting their GP or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any physical or mental health concerns.

Participation in any session, ceremony or event is voluntary.

2. Client Responsibility

By booking a session, ceremony or retreat, you confirm that:

• You are participating voluntarily.
• You accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
• You will disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications or concerns that may affect your participation.

You understand that emotional release, insight or personal reflection may arise during sessions. Ongoing integration and aftercare remain your responsibility.

3. Cacao Suitability

Ceremonial cacao may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions or those taking particular medications, including but not limited to SSRIs, MAOIs, heart conditions, high blood pressure or during pregnancy.

You are responsible for ensuring cacao is appropriate for you and for seeking medical advice if you are unsure.

4. Booking and Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All bookings are made via clionabrady.ie or through an agreed payment method.

All prices are listed in Euro unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

5.1 1:1 Sessions

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once or refunded, minus any non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees incurred by Clíona Brady Healing.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session start time, or failure to attend, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rescheduling is permitted once per booking.

5.2 Group Ceremonies and Events

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event may receive a refund minus any non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable unless the place is filled by another attendee.

You may transfer your place to another person provided you supply their full name and contact details at least 12 hours prior to the event.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the event or failure to attend are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5.3 Retreats

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the retreat start date may receive a refund minus any non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees.

Cancellations made between 14 days and 7 days before the retreat are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a future service of equal or higher value within 6 months, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5.4 Refund Processing

All refunds are issued minus any non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees incurred by Clíona Brady Healing.

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Third-Party Payment Providers

Where Klarna or other third-party payment services are used, all repayment agreements are between you and that provider.

Clíona Brady Healing is not responsible for their terms, fees, interest, repayment schedules or disputes.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will be treated with respect and discretion.

Confidentiality may only be broken where required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to the client or others.

8. Limitation of Liability

Participation in sessions, ceremonies, retreats and events is undertaken voluntarily.

Clíona Brady Healing is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in services.

Participants are responsible for consuming cacao mindfully and at their own pace.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability arising from the provision of services shall be limited appropriately in accordance with applicable Irish law.

9. Age Policy

Clients under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during sessions, ceremonies or events.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

By booking or participating in any service provided by Clíona Brady Healing, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
