1. Nature of Services

I provide complementary holistic group and 1-to-1 services, including EFT tapping, Rahanni Celestial Healing, intuitive angelic healing, ceremonial cacao and workshops.

These services are spiritual and wellbeing-based. They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment, and are not a substitute for professional healthcare.

You're responsible for consulting your GP or another qualified healthcare provider regarding any physical or mental health concerns.

Participation in any session or event is voluntary.

2. Client Responsibility

By booking a session or event, you confirm that:

  • You're participating voluntarily.

  • You accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

  • You'll disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications or concerns that may affect your participation.

You understand that emotional release, insight or personal reflection may arise during sessions. Ongoing integration and aftercare remain your responsibility.

3. Cacao Suitability

Ceremonial cacao may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions, or those taking particular medications, including but not limited to SSRIs, MAOIs, heart conditions, high blood pressure, or during pregnancy.

You're responsible for checking that cacao is appropriate for you, and for seeking medical advice if you're unsure.

4. Booking and Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking, unless you're paying for a package by deposit and instalments (Section 5).

All bookings are made via clionabrady.ie or through an agreed payment method.

All prices are listed in Euro unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment Plans (3 and 7-Session Packages)

A deposit of €150 is payable when you book, through my booking system. The balance is paid directly to me as your sessions go on.

How the schedule works: payment is arranged so the total you've paid is always at least equal to the number of sessions you've had, multiplied by €120 (my single-session rate). This means you're never attending a session that hasn't already been paid for. Your balance is settled in full by the time of your last session.

Outstanding payments: if a payment is outstanding, it must be settled before your next session can take place.

Cancelling partway through: your deposit is refundable, minus any non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees, as long as no sessions have taken place.
If you cancel after one or more sessions, I'll retain €120 for each session completed, and refund the remainder, minus any non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

6.1 1:1 Sessions

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session may be rescheduled once, or refunded minus any non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees.

Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rescheduling is permitted once per booking, and must be done at least 24 hours before your session.

6.2 Packages of 3 and 7 Sessions

See Section 5 for cancellations partway through a package.

If paid in full upfront, the same principle applies: I'll retain €120 for each session completed, and refund the remainder, minus any non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees.

Packages are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase (currently 2 months for the 3-session package, 6 months for the 7-session package), starting from your first session. Unused sessions expire at the end of this period.

6.3 Group Events

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session may be rescheduled once, or refunded minus any non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees.

Cancellations made within 48 hours, or failure to attend, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rescheduling is permitted once per booking, and must be done at least 48 hours before your session.

6.4 Digital Products

Digital products (including the From Stressed to Calm workbook, the mini guide, and the EFT Tapping Points Guide) are non-refundable once the download link has been sent to you, in line with standard practice for digital content.

6.5 Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, and are non-refundable.

6.6 Refund Processing

All refunds are issued minus any non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees I've incurred, and are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Your Right to Cancel (Statutory 14-Day Period)

Under EU and Irish consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a service booked online.

By booking a session, event, or package with a start date within the next 14 days, you agree that I can begin providing the service before this period ends, and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under this statutory period once the service has begun. The cancellation terms in Sections 5 and 6 apply instead.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree that I can provide it to you immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download link has been sent to you.

8. Third-Party Payment Providers

Where Klarna or another third-party payment service is used, all repayment agreements are between you and that provider.

I'm not responsible for their terms, fees, interest, repayment schedules, or disputes.

9. Home Visits

In rare and exceptional circumstances, I may agree to hold a session in your home. This is arranged individually, and you're responsible for providing a safe, private and appropriate space for the session to take place.

10. Photography and Media

At group events, I may take photographs or video for marketing purposes. I don't include identifiable faces in any photos or footage I use publicly. If you'd prefer not to be included at all, just let me know on the day.

11. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions is treated with respect and discretion.

Confidentiality may only be broken where required by law, or where there's a serious risk of harm to you or others.

Please see my Privacy Policy for full details on how I handle your data.

12. Limitation of Liability

Participation in sessions and events is voluntary.

I'm not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation in my services.

You're responsible for consuming cacao mindfully and at your own pace.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability arising from my services is limited in accordance with applicable Irish law.

13. Age Policy

Clients under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during sessions or events.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

By booking or participating in any service I provide, you confirm you've read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
