Group EFT Tapping
Group EFT tapping in The Healing Room, Shrule, Co. Mayo
An hour, a small group, and whatever you've been carrying, put down.
There's a particular kind of tired that doesn't show up as tiredness. It shows up as tension you've stopped noticing. A short fuse over something small. Lying awake, replaying a conversation you can't let go of.
You've been carrying something and you might not even be able to name what it is anymore, just that it's there.
Talking about it can help. But talking isn't always where it lives. Sometimes your body is still holding onto something your mind worked out ages ago.
This is what an hour of Group EFT Tapping is for.
We start by grounding, settling the nervous system through meditation or whatever the room needs that evening. From there we journal, a short prompt to help whatever's sitting with you that day come to the surface. Then we tap, built live from what's actually there in your journaling, not a script read out to the room.
Even sitting among other women, you're working entirely on your own material.
I'll ask for the headline of what surfaced, never the full story.
Sometimes something moves physically, a shake, a deep breath, a yawn, even a burp. It's usually a sign something's finally shifting.
One evening can move something. Coming back week after week, to the same small group at the same hour, is what turns it into a practice. That's why the sessions are offered as a block of four, with a few drop-in places when a seat is free. The price is kept low on purpose, so cost is never the reason to stay away.
You can leave having let go of something you've been holding for some time. Lighter, not because the problem's solved, but because it's no longer sitting in your body the way it was when you walked in.
Held in a small group at The Healing Room, in Shrule.
No experience necessary, come exactly as you are.

Four weekly sessions, the same small group each time. Coming back to the same room at the same hour is what turns one evening into a practice.
The best bits in a nutshell:
Four Monday evenings, 7-8pm, at The Healing Room, in a small group
Grounding, journaling, then tapping built live from what surfaces for you
You're only ever asked for the headline, never the full story
No experience necessary, come exactly as you are
You can leave having let go of something you've been holding for some time. Lighter, not because the problem's solved, but because it's no longer sitting in your body the way it was when you walked in.
Drop-in places for single sessions are limited and depend on a seat being free.

No.
Everything's explained as we go.
The tapping is built from whatever comes up for you that evening, not something you need to prepare for. -
You'll be asked for the headline, not the whole story.
A line or two on what surfaced is enough, the details underneath stay entirely yours. -
Yes.
Shaking, tears, yawning, a lump in your throat, all of it is common as something starts to shift.
You're held gently through it, and nothing is ever pushed further than feels right. -
Not currently, this session is in-person only at The Healing Room.
If you'd be interested in an online version, get in touch and let me know, it helps shape what I offer next. -
The sessions are sold as a block of four, so you're with the same small group each week. If there's a seat free on the night, you're welcome to drop in for €20.

Yes, if there's a seat free. You'd pay the drop-in rate of €20 for each session you join.
"The whole experience was so easy, relaxing and safe. It was as if we were being held together as one unit. As if we were all there for each other. It was a beautiful, healing, invigorating experience."
"Honestly, loved it all. It can feel odd at first, especially if you are not used to sitting quietly within yourself. But the more you meditate, journal and tap too the more it makes sense and releases a lot of built up negative energy.
It is a practice worth continuing and Cliona is the perfect guide along the way."
