Join me in person for a grounded, nervous system aware cacao ceremony. Some ceremonies include EFT tapping, others guided meditation, all include an individual Rahanni or Intuitive Angelic Healing.

These gatherings are gentle, steady spaces for reconnection, healing and honest self-exploration. We meet in a softly lit room, with background music playing quietly. There is no pressure to be, feel or do anything. You are met and held exactly where you are. The pace is unhurried.

Each ceremony has a steady foundation of regulation, cacao, inner work and integration. The precise direction of the evening is shaped by who is in the room and what is present. This allows the work to be responsive and personal while remaining safe and contained.

You will be served 42.5g of ceremonial Keith’s cacao. Sweetened cacao contains honey, unsweetened will also be available. You are welcome to bring your own sweetener if you wish.
