I have been there
My life took a very different shape to the one I had planned, and I spent a long time carrying a grief I found hard to explain to anyone. You don't have to explain all of yours either. This is not therapy, and EFT does not need the full account of what happened to work with it. The rough shape of the thing, and how it actually feels for you, is plenty.
Ways we can work together
Ninety minutes of private, unhurried work combining EFT tapping and angelic healing, shaped on the day around whatever is there. In person at The Healing Room in Shrule, or online.
An hour learning to tap for yourself, from the very beginning. Every tapping point, when to use each one, and the structure of what to actually say while you tap, so you are not relying on a video or an app that was recorded for someone else's bad day. You practise it in the room and take a printed guide home with you.
An hour at The Healing Room, in a small group. We ground and settle the nervous system first, then journal, and the tapping is built from what comes up for you in that journaling. So even in a room with others, you are working on your own thing.
