An hour, a small group, and whatever you've been carrying, put down.
There's a particular kind of tired that doesn't show up as tiredness. It shows up as tension you've stopped noticing, a short fuse over something small, lying awake replaying a conversation you can't let go of.
We start by grounding, settling the nervous system through meditation or whatever the group needs that evening. From there we journal, and the tapping is built live from what's actually there in your journaling, not a script read out to the group.
A single session, for when a seat is free. Drop-in places are limited, as block members hold their seats each week.
The best bits in a nutshell:
Four Wednesday evenings, 7:30-8:30pm, live on Google Meet, in a small group
Grounding, journaling, then tapping built live from what surfaces for you
You're only ever asked for the headline, never the full story
No experience necessary, come exactly as you are
You can leave having let go of something you've been holding for some time. Lighter, not because the problem's solved, but because it's no longer sitting in your body the way it was when you logged on.

The best bits in a nutshell:
One hour on a Monday evening, 7-8pm, at The Healing Room, in a small group
Grounding, journaling, then tapping built live from what surfaces for you
You're only ever asked for the headline, never the full story

Four weekly sessions, the same small group each time. Coming back to the same group at the same hour is what turns one evening into a practice.

Two hours, cacao, and time to properly stop.
An hour is enough for some things. It isn't always enough for everything. This session gives you that room.
We start by grounding, settling the body before anything else opens. Then ceremonial cacao, drunk mindfully, which can soften tension and gently open the heart, exactly the state you want before the meditation, journaling and tapping that follow.
The session closes with hands-on angelic healing, given to you individually rather than shared across the room. For many women, simply receiving, without doing anything back, is the most unfamiliar part of the whole two hours.
The best bits in a nutshell:
Two hours in a small group at The Healing Room, Shrule, Co. Mayo
Ceremonial cacao, meditation, journaling, tapping, and a closing angelic healing given individually
No experience needed, come exactly as you are
Cacao isn't right for everyone, so safety is covered as part of booking
You leave held, a little lighter, and looked after in a way you don't often let yourself be.
Good for: when a single hour isn't enough to get underneath what's there, and you're ready to let yourself be looked after too.
