Every ceremony begins with a grounding and regulating practice while we drink ceremonial cacao together. I may share about where cacao comes from, how it works within the body, and what makes it ceremonial, but the focus is always on helping your nervous system settle first. Regulation comes first because when the body feels safe, the rest can follow. An unregulated nervous system cannot comfortably drop into deeper work. When your system feels supported, insight and healing arise more naturally.
From there, the structure depends on the ceremony.
EFT Ceremonies
In EFT ceremonies, we move into guided journalling to explore what is present for you that evening. The tapping that follows is not scripted, it is shaped by what emerges in the room and within you. Prepared tapping scripts bring my thoughts and interpretations so instead, we work directly with your emotions and lived experience as they unfold. This makes the process more personal, more attuned to what is actually ready to be worked with, making it more affective.
After tapping, we move into rest and integration, supported by Rahanni or Intuitive Angelic healing.
Meditation Ceremonies
In meditation ceremonies, once cacao has been received and the body has settled, we journey inward through a deep guided meditation or visualisation. These inner journeys are immersive but steady, designed to feel safe rather than overwhelming. Please note it may include Inner Child work.
This is followed by energy healing and integration time, with space for journaling or quiet reflection.
The Healing Modalities
Rahanni is a heart centred energy healing modality that works gently to support emotional release and balance. It is subtle, calming and often deeply settling.
Intuitive angelic healing is channelled energetic work that supports integration and connection. It is always offered in a grounded and contained way, with nervous system safety at the forefront.
Energy work in ceremony is quiet, supportive and woven into the flow of the evening. It is optional, and hands on touch is optional.
Sharing and Safety
Sharing is always optional. You will never be directly asked to speak. Participants are collectively invited to share if they feel called, but silence is equally welcome.
There is no expectation of emotional release. There is no pressure to have a breakthrough. Some people experience profound shifts. Others experience something quieter such as clarity, softness or relief. All experiences are valid.
The Environment and Practical Details
Ceremonies take place in small groups. The room is dimly lit or candlelit, with background music playing. Comfort is important. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring blankets and cushions; mats and mugs are provided. You will always be sitting supported by a wall while drinking cacao for your comfort.
We finish on time, but there is never any sense of hurry to leave.
You will receive an email the day before the ceremony with everything you need to know so you can arrive feeling prepared and at ease. Follow up support is available if you need it.
Most people leave feeling lighter, more grounded, clearer and more connected to themselves.
