Group EFT Tapping Online
Live online group EFT tapping, on Google Meet
An hour, a small group, and whatever you've been carrying, put down.
There's a particular kind of tired that doesn't show up as tiredness. It shows up as tension you've stopped noticing. A short fuse over something small. Lying awake, replaying a conversation you can't let go of.
You've been carrying something and you might not even be able to name what it is anymore, just that it's there.
Talking about it can help. But talking isn't always where it lives. Sometimes your body is still holding onto something your mind worked out ages ago.
This is what an hour of Group EFT Tapping is for. Online, it happens from wherever you are, in your own chair, with nowhere to drive home from afterwards.
We start by grounding, settling the nervous system through meditation or whatever the group needs that evening. From there we journal, a short prompt to help whatever's sitting with you that day come to the surface. Then we tap, built live from what's actually there in your journaling, not a script read out to the group.
Even in a group, you're working entirely on your own material. I'll ask for the headline of what surfaced, never the full story.
Sometimes something moves physically, a shake, a deep breath, a yawn, even a burp. It can be a sign something's shifting.
One evening can move something. Coming back week after week, to the same small group at the same hour, is what turns it into a practice. That's why the sessions are offered as a block of four, with a few drop-in places when a seat is free. The price is kept low on purpose, so cost is never the reason to stay away.
You can leave having let go of something you've been holding for some time. Lighter, not because the problem's solved, but because it's no longer sitting in your body the way it was when you logged on.
Held in a small group, live on Google Meet.
No experience necessary, come exactly as you are.

Grounding, journaling, then tapping built live from what surfaces for you
You're only ever asked for the headline, never the full story
No experience necessary, come exactly as you are

Yes.

You're held gently through it, and nothing is ever pushed further than feels right. -
Research comparing online and in-person EFT has found them comparable.
The format is the same as in person, grounding, journaling, then tapping built live from what surfaced for you.

"The whole experience was so easy, relaxing and safe. It was as if we were being held together as one unit. As if we were all there for each other. It was a beautiful, healing, invigorating experience."
"Honestly, loved it all. It can feel odd at first, especially if you are not used to sitting quietly within yourself. But the more you meditate, journal and tap too the more it makes sense and releases a lot of built up negative energy.
It is a practice worth continuing and Cliona is the perfect guide along the way."
